This stunning CVO Road King in Sherwood Green was modified in July 2016 to replace the front wheel with a new TRiO(TM) front end by Tilting Motor Works, Inc. in Snohomish, WA. The conversion included all new wheels, tires, brakes, suspension in a unique leaning configuration that provides complete freedom to lean through the corners like a 2-wheeler with no compromise to the ride. This bike includes the TiltLock(TM) self-stabilizing hydraulic system and ABS was maintained during the conversion.. 

This vehicle is ideal for riders who want the added confidence and safety of a 3-wheel platform without sacrificing the performance, handling, and fun of a 2-wheel ride. It leans and countersteers just like the original 2-wheeled bike, while the extra contact patch up front provides faster and more secure cornering and improved braking. Coaxial front independent suspension makes for a forgiving ride with no fork dive and no bump steer. Riders also report that the additional wheel provides greater tracking stability and improved resistance to cross winds. 

Because it leans, this vehicle is much less demanding and more fun to ride than any conventional trike or Spyder! It tears through the corners and thrives on bad road surfaces. Because nothing restricts the lean, you can grind off the floorboards if that's how you like to ride.

The stock Harley-Davidson CVO Road King is equipped with features that make it stand out in a crowd including the two-piece leather seat and passenger pillion with “tuck and roll” leather inserts, heavy breather air cleaner, LED stop rear lighting, Daymaker LED headlight, and restyled extended saddlebags with chrome One-Touch design latch. It also has ergonomic hand controls, detachable vented Wind Splitter windshield with an adjustable vane, and Slipstream Collection hand grips. 

This bike has minor cosmetic damage consistent with normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this mileage including small paint chips, metal dings, and scuffs on the skid plates on the underside of each saddlebag. Floorboards have been ground down in the curves of course ;-)

Key components of the Tilting Motor Works conversion kit include dual Progressive 490 Series shocks, custom forged aluminum wheels, custom 4-piston perimeter calipers, and Dunlop American Elite dual-density 130/80 B17 tires. 

MSRP of the Tilting Motor Works conversion was $13,995 for the kit plus $1,200 paint and $1,200 installation. 

THIS VEHICLE IS FOR EXPERIENCED RIDERS ONLY. You must have the same balance and skills used to corner on a 2-wheeled motorcycle. It is not suitable for novice riders or for people who have only ridden conventional trikes or Spyders.

This CVO Road King is available for inspection at Tilting Motor Works in Snohomish, WA. This sale is FOB Snohomish, WA and transportation and/or shipping are at buyer's expense. 

To purchase, make your $500 deposit here. If you’re the first, the balance is due in 7 days, during which you can visit the factory and test-ride the bike if you like. If you ride and decline to buy, we will gladly refund your deposit. Tilting Motor Works reserves the right to approve any sale.

If you are not the first to place your deposit, we will hold onto it until prior deposits have resolved and will contact you when your 7-day inspection period begins.
